half of XXth century)

Before 1990. State owned
economy. Practical work - mainly low efficacy physical work (students,
professors).
· 1990ties. Decline. Period of the
transition, privatization.
· Today. Economic growth. Increase (in general in
the economy - higher education relations based partly on the new EU and the old
Hungarian experience)
Scenario - typical for the
Central-Eastern European countries. Moment to recreate the new economy - education links.

Requirement of
Qualification. Common, special elements. (Technological /engineering/ programs:
common - at least 12 week practical placement, no special).
· New law - professional education tax. Reduction
of some costs of the enterprises - longer than 8 weeks.

educational institutions - together with enterprises.
· Laboratory.
· No placement at
all.
